Horrible highlights. I was very unhappy with services. returned following day to have them fix the owner took me outside with another employee(totally embarassing) and owner told me she saw no green other employee did! She was told to go back to work! Owner told me I would have to pay for another service. I explained to that my head was burning and itching(have never experienced this before)she told me I had a sensitive head. I left crying was getting married in 2 days! Went to another salon where they not only fixed what Graceful Styles messed up but they told me it did have green hue to it.They also did treatment for the burning and itching which I was told from these professionals was not normal! I wouldnt recommend Graceful Styles to anyone!!!
