Great customer service. I love getting my hair done at JCPenney! My stylist, Sarah, is great! She is friendly and good at what she does! She is awesome at color! She also sends me coupons and keeps me updated on new styles and trends. Plus the salon has a wide variety at products at good prices, so it's affordable to buy good salon products! I highly recomend Sarah and this salon to everyone.
