My daughter and I come here every year
for her birthday. We love the service and food. the only thing we suggest is that they lighten up on the sour mix for the margueritas and a little more alcohol. We are meeting for lunch tomorrow for Mother's Day!
Bad service and not sure if we will return.
I haven't been to Chili's in quite a while so when deciding where my husband and I were going to go I recently saw a commercial for Chili's and decided to go there for the Texas fries. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich with a full order of Texas fries for my husband and I to split and he ordered Honey Chipotle chicken strips. We ordered drinks that took quite sometime to get. Then our food came out after what seemed like forever. Only 1/2 order of fries and the waitress apologized saying she would bring out another 1/2 order. When we ordered a second drink it took forever again and still no fries. It was not busy but I think the waitress may have been inexperienced. She seemed nice enough just not very competant at all. Finally finished our dinner and she brought out the burnt to a crisp order of texas fries after we had paid our bill and were ready to leave. (I wasn't leaving without our fries we paid for.) They are not even edible. Completely dissatisfied and apologetic to my husband because I chose that restaraunt over all others. Very unhappy!!!!
