I personally have worked at this company for 3 years and i was appauled at the reviews i have just recently read on this site. No we are not 100% perfect, but who is???? I personally have many satisfied customers and a good customer base. 60% of my sales are based upon our refferal program. The company I work for provides 1 on 1 customer service. If you have a question you get through to an actual person rather than an automated system. We provide a good quality service for a good quality price. I encourage anyone who would like to get satellite definately give us a call.

Satellite TV

I was looking for cheaper cable because Charter was getting outrageous. I called and wanted to get a promotion and they refused. I finally after talking to many people decided to try Satellite. I live in Burt MI and didn't know where to call. I got a recommendation from a friend who had been installed witha company by the name of Future Vision. They are based out of Saginaw. I signed up and got a reasonable price. The tech showed up on time and was very courteous. He did a great job. I have had no problems whatsoever. I did have a problem with the equipment freezing and they offered to come and switch the equipment asap. Would I reccomend this company to family and friends? Absolutely!

Future Vision Scammers

I wish I had looked up reviews on Future Vision before I signed up with them. They lured me in back in July, promising to beat the price I was paying with Comcast. A great price on a package with Dish and AT&T, plus a free iPod. The entire experience was a disaster, starting with installation. I had the Dish for a full month before they completed signing me up for AT&T internet, so I had to pay for Dish and Comcast until I had the internet hooked up. I never received the free iPod or 2/$5 vouchers to discount my service $10 per month for 12 months. After trying to work directly with Future Vision to resolve the issues and getting nowhere, I filed a consumer complaint in September. They finally called me back to attempt to work things out but they were rude and not surprisingly, they still never followed through on the promises. I'm overpaying, will never receive the free gift I was promised and I'm stuck in a contract with Dish so I can't really do anything.
