We love our jobs AND our clients!. As an esthetician, I'm very particular and critical of where I go to get pampered. I started going to Anna Luis for hair services because a friend of mine, Heather, works there. I like to do fun and unique things with my hair, and knowing Heather is very talented, I wasn't concerned about my hair at all. It always turns out great when she does it.

After a few appointments with Heather and a tour of the salon and spa, I decided to make an appointment for a massage. I was so impressed with the private, quiet spa. I got to change in a small room into a lush, pink robe and enjoy a cup of hot, yummy tea while I waited for my therapist. My therapist was Annie, who greeted me with warmth and kindness and most importantly, provided me with a professional and therapeutic massage. She even added in some energy work as I was really stressed out from a breakup I was going through.

Upon leaving, I felt thoroughly relaxed, and really appreciated as an individual there. I booked another appointment for a massage, only this time with Tiffany, and I was equally impressed with her talents as well. Both girls were amazing.

I continued to see Heather, Annie, and Tiffany for different salon and spa services for a few months. I became pretty close with everyone at Anna Luis, including the other stylists, the receptionist, and the owner. Being an esthetician with a growing clientele, I decided I needed to make a move as a business decision to provide my clients with more of a spa atmosphere. I applied to two well known, high profile spas in Saginaw, one being Anna Luis, was offered a job at both, and after careful consideration and prayer decided to go with Anna Luis. It was honestly a very difficult decision as both places would have been a desirable choice.

I've been working at Anna Luis now since January of 2011 and am extremely happy. I love my co workers, my boss, and our receptionist, Susan. I love working in a professional environment where we have fun while providing clients with five star quality treatments.

I encourage anyone who hasn't visited us at Anna Luis Salon and Day Spa to come in and experience the luxury for yourself. We love our jobs and our clients!

dissappointed. I got my mom a gift certificate to this salon b/c of all the accolades....she did not enjoy her experience, and did not like her hair cut. I also decided to try out and it was definitely just ok.

Well recently I called them about getting my daughter a haircut. The man said that they do cut children's hair. I verified that my daughter was only 3 1/2,but they said that would not be a problem, so i made an appt.. When we got there, I was told the stylist was just finishing up a pedicure and the receptionist would start shampooing my daughter's hair. But my daughter was too short for the sink.

So she said she'd bring a booster. to her, that meant a pillow. that didn't work, so she brought out another pillow and then another pillow. hello? of course that won't work, my daughter kept slipping off that pillow tower - how would they shampoo her? And then we decided we'd just spray/wet her hair. fine.

so we waited over 20 mins for the hair stylist (who was now working on a manicure). I was getting pretty frustrated. She finally came and started cutting her hair (half the time my daughter had to stand while her hair was being cut). the stylist was nice....but this whole experience was just awful. I wish they just told me that they can't do hair for an age group that young.

We prefer the salon down the street - they are much better and bigger than Anna Luis. I will never come here again.

Anna Luis is luxureous and afforable.. Anna Luis is wonderful. Reminder calls, pleasant, polite staff, soothing environment and not too pricey for the service and quality of the products. It doesn't get any better than that does it? I love Erin. She is the sweestest, most compassionate stylist I've ever had.

Best massage. I haven't ever gotten my hair done there so I don't know what the salon is like, but the spa part is wonderfull! My masseuse was great and the environment was relaxing! If you want a massage, this is the place to go!

Great Customer service, Beautiful facility, Bumble & bumble salon. What a beautiful victorian home. They have surpassed my needs. My daughter was to get married asap due to my future son-in-law being deployed to Iraq. They needed to get married on a sunday. We called everywhere in the tri-cities with no luck. When I called Anna Luis i spoke to their manager Chad and he understood my dilemma. He arranged for his stylists to be available on a sunday, Labor Day weekend in fact. They were there and ready to go at 8am. I really appreciate what the staff had to sacrifice on a holiday weekend to help us in our last minute wedding. Thank you to Chad and the staff of Anna Luis for making my daughters wedding day start off beautiful. You did an amazing job!

Best Gift Certificate. The best gift ever! I found it on the web. My wife was happy to get her Anna Luis gift certificate. But, she was estatic and copletely pampered by the great staff of caring professionals at the spa. I now know wher to go for a fantastic gift experience for anyone. I am new to the Day Spa thing. We visited a few other so called spas that were snooty or not private. Anna Luis has a seperate floor for the Newly renovated Spa. It's tranquil, beautiful,warm and inviting. I recently was a guest of the spa and I was totally relaxed by the time I left. Guys, well anybody, this is a no-brainer for the perfect gift.

Tri-cities best service and products. Wonderful atmosphere, victorian home with modern amenities. Superb service and attention without attitude. Welcoming and comfotable. They have the best skincare- MD Formulations- my skin is radiant. Hair care is outstanding- especially hair color and cuts.They are a Bumble & bumble salon which is a treasure to have outside of a major city. I love their massage therapyand pedicures too. It's a great gift.
