DO NOT LIVE HERE!
by ilyxoxo
This place was an absolutly HORRIBLE experience to live in. As far as "New Management" and "New Ownership," don't let them fool you. They are even worse than the last people that ran this hell hole of a place.
The people that live here are loud and obnoxious. If you're looking to have your own privacy, good luck. There are always a ridculous number of children walking around your front and back yard. And from my experience, they have no problem just walking right into your house.
Good luck if they sucker you into signing a 1 lease with this place. You'll need it.

You do not want to live here!

The townhouses themselves are nice and pretty spacious. Other than that, this place is terrible and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get the hell out of here. There are a million screaming kids everywhere, nowhere to park, loud parties all of the time, a different manager in the office every few months, and nothing ever gets fixed. There are supposedly rules, but they are not enforced.
To be quite frank, Woodland Glen accepts section 8, so use your imagination to picture the type of people that live here. In the past two weeks I have heard of about 3 break-ins, including the drop box where people leave their rent. The "parents" that live here (I use the term "parents" loosely) let their kids do whatever they want to the point where it is dangerous-they destroy things, run in front of cars, block traffic, stay out until midnight screaming and yelling, etc. There are only two parking spots per apartment and no guest parking-so good luck finding somewhere to park. 99% of my neighbors are rude and thoughtless, and have obviously never heard of common courtesy. Considering all of this, the rent is outrageous and keeps going up. You can get a much nicer apartment with a better community for the same money, so look around.
If you like living amongst white trash and hoodrats, worrying about your apartment/car getting broken into, constant noise, nowhere to park, and annoying brats running in your yard at all hours and destroying your stuff, then Woodland Glen is the place for you!
- Pros: spacious
- Cons: parking, service, noise, lighting at night, cost, crime
