Open On Saturday!

My girlfriend and I were driving in the area and we decided to pull in on a Saturday. This place was close to shopping (for her) and close to SVSU. We went in and met with John. He showed us a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment and within that following week we were all set and moved into our new place. Our apartment building is quiet and we have only been here 3 months and are very satisfied.
There are not alot of places open on Saturday and I was thankful this one was!

Long Time Living Here

I have been a resident here for over 15 years & even moved twice in the same building! I love the view from my patio - it is a nice view of beautiful woods. I reside here because I am very happy with the Staff. If there is a complaint, they take care of it immediately and don't just brush you off. Maintenace shows up in a timely manner. This gives me the freedom to do what I need to do without the worries. I feel this is a great deal for the amount you pay for rent! Check it out sometime.

Outstanding Service!

My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We have an OUTSTANDING property manager (Rose) and her assistant (John) whenever we have called in a work order, they have made sure it was taken care of. Quiet building.

Leasing at it's FINEST!

I moved into my apartment without even seeing it! I was so excited and impressed! John - the Leasing Agent took care of everything. My building is very quiet and I am close to work. Very Happy Resident!

Cost of GAS - need closeness!

Traveling back and forth to work daily, I needed a place that was close. Parking isn't a problem. The Staff is very friendly and warm hearted. My building is very clean and the residents are very respectful when using the laundry room. A fitness center would be awesome! Any work orders that I have called in have been taken care of immediately. ( I had to wait for weeks at my other place). The cost of rent is "AWESOME".
