I have been at Baypointe for six months and I really love it here. The manager is very attentive and helpful. Everything is well taken care of and maintained. Everyone here is friendly and I would recommend it to anyone.

Baypointe is a wonderful place to live. The management is very friendly and understanding, the apartments roomy and fairly priced, and the service is prompt and effective. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been here for 6 months and this place is a great place to live. The manager always greets you with a smile and is eager to listen to your concerns. Maintence is timely and is very considerate as they enter your home. Wonderful place if your looking for a place to call home.

I've been here for about 8 or 9 years and just love it. Plan on being here for quite a while more. Staff is wonderful and people are friendly. Nice quiet complex and it's pet friendly!

Lived here for almost a year and it is a great place to live. I highly recommend Bay Pointe Apartments! The staff is AWESOME. Rent is very affordable. If I need something fixed it is taken care of right away. Best place to live in Saginaw in my opinion :)

Nice complex overall. Quiet and clean. My apartment was updated and very clean when i moved in. The management is top notch and will work with you, within reason. The maintanence staff is also curtious, quiet, and get things done fast. I recommend Bay Pointe.
