I have lived at Baypointe on and off for a number of years, and have always been treated wonderfully. Baypointe is very family oriented, allows pets, and has great staff, especially Rose in the front office. I would highly recommend Baypointe to anyone looking for affordable, clean, and safe housing!

Baypointe is a very secure, clean apartment complex. They allow pets, which is a huge plus! Rose in the front office is very helpful, considerate, and makes the leasing process pleasant! I would recommend Baypointe to anyone!

After becoming a widow in 2009, I needed to downsize, I discovered Baypointe Apartments, such a nice, secure place to live! The staff are very kind, and all my needs are met! No more shoveling snow, or cutting grass! Absolutely love it here! I have a very affordable 2-bedroom, just perfect for me! I have a small pug and she was welcomed too, so that was a welcome relief! So, if your looking for a new start, this is the perfect place for you!

I have lived at Baypointe for about five years now and have been happy with the environment as well as the apartments they offer. I've moved a few times, but still in the complex. The two and three bedrooms are pretty spacious for a small family. I have a balcony now and love it, especially in the summer time. The staff at the office are really nice and even get to know you on a personal level. There is a small park for the children to play, and some basketball courts as well. Carports are something else I enjoy, especially in the winter! I think Baypointe is affordable and definitely worth it :)

Apartments feel warm and inviting! Managers will always address any problems you have and resolve them quickly. Overall, a very wonderful place to live!

Baypointe Apartments is a great place to live. Rent is affordable. Since I have lived here I haven't had any problems with the community. Staff is nice and follow up with any concerns. Snow is removed quickly, which is a plus.

Baypointe is a wonderful place to live. The management is very friendly and understanding, the apartments roomy and fairly priced, and the service is prompt and effective. I would recommend this place to anyone!
