Best Fitness Center Around!. I have not done a challenge yet, but I will be joining the next one on April 22nd! I am absolutely amazed with all of the results this place has produced for so many people! I know many people who have transformed their bodies in just 8 weeks with this challenge! I've been going to Seung-Ni, on Weiss, for a short period of time now and I love it! The instructors are always on top of their game.. Nothing feels better than going into a class with a completely in-shape instructor with a lot of energy! It's great motivation! The hour long classes fly by because they are so much fun! The music is always great, it's a non-judgemental atmosphere and VERY clean.. always! I am very much looking forward to starting this challenge and allowing it to change my life as it has for so many others! Seung-Ni is at the top of my list!

Seung-Ni (Victory). Seung-Ni wasn't the first place i went for Tea Kwon do, but I almost wish it had ben. Master Gary integrates Tea Kwon Do with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for practical self defense that I have found to better than any single martial art. Martial Arts isn't the only thing that happens at Seung-Ni. The Body Sculpt has a massive and possitive turn out for people who commit to it. When I got around to signing up for Body Sculpt I was told up front and in person (before I had paid) about the early cancelation policy! Sure the price can seem high for some people, but even I (a 19 year old college student) knows the importance of being healthy and I'm more than will to pay the price for it. Seung-Ni pushes me to be better tomorrow than I was today. I carry that same attitude everyday no matter wear I'm at. Seung-Ni also offers Zumba and Kick Boxing, The best thing about Seung-Ni (for me) was all the confidence, leadership skills, and discapline I've gained from my continueing time there.

Great place for a good wallet raping. The price for a membership here is completely ridiculous for the Saginaw area. The instructors are good, but the zumba class was terrible. Not at all high energy, very young teacher, and I didn't break a sweat. I enjoyed the body sculpt class. I got very toned, but when I had to stop going to class, I lost all that muscle... I even went to the gym everyday. If you go here, you have to commit for a lifetime. Also, make sure you read the fine print in the agreement... there is a 30 day cancellation policy. So when I moved, I had to pay $60 for a month that I didn't even use.

Favorite Place for a Good Burn!!. I have been working out at Seung-Ni for 6 years now and I absolutely love it!! For me it's difficult to go to the gym and motivate myself to get a good workout in, but not at Seung-Ni. The teachers do a great job of helping whip you into shape in no time with the 8-week body challenge. It takes time to adjust to the workout, but you feel great after every class. I strongly recommend stoping in to try a free class if you haven't yet!! Thanks Seung-Ni, keep up the great work.

BEST Martial Arts and Fitness!!!!!. This place is great! My whole family benefits from Sueng-Ni. Both of my kids are in the Jiu-Jitsu program and are really enjoying it. It's great to see not only the self defense, but also the confidence, respect, and self esteem they have gained. My husband also enjoys the private Jiu-Jitsu lessons as well as the workout classes which we both attend. The Body Sculpt class is AWESOME!!!!! The instructors are so great! They push you to do your best because they want to see you succeed in your personal goals. And most important, the instructors are GREAT with my kids. Thanks Seung Ni! : )

Zumba. I have been a member for a year, and I love my zumba classes, I can't say enough about the instructors Marcus, Becky, Sarah and Ava. They are awesome!!

Fun and Fitness!!. My son takes Tae Kwon Do at Seung-Ni Martial Arts and he loves it! The instructors are fabulous - I just can't say enough about their excellence when working with the children! They do an amazing job teaching the children through engaging and fun lessons!
