great attitudes, very poor service.... i am currently planning my wedding. as the bride, of coarse i was super excited after talking to the guys from hanks. they were all really nice and polite on the phone. so one of them, bill, set up an appt to meet with me at the place i am getting married. i packed my son up to go and ended up sitting there in the parking lot for almost an hour. nobody showed up or even called!!

so i decided to call his boss and see what was going on, and he didnt seem to care one bit... he was just confused as to why i didnt want to reschedule!! i would NOT recommend this company... go local, save urself the headache!!

Nice staff, not so nice flowers for my wedding. While wedding planning, I absolutely loved Hank's Flowerland due to the excitement of the staff and the owner Craig has got a great personality. We met three times, every time it seemed as thought it was the first time and I'm not sure if many records were kept about the types of flowers I was expecting. On the day of the wedding, nothing was what I expected. To be fair, everything was nice, just not what I had discussed. By the time I saw the bouquet, we had to start taking photos within 15 minutes, and there wasn't time to fix them to be what I had expected. (For example, I asked for a small bouquet with a variety of white and ivory flowers with no greens with pink roses in the girl's bouquets. I got all white flowers with green berries, no pink in the girl's.)I would use Hank's Flowerland for your wedding, only if you don't have a specific image of your bouquets, centerpieces, etc. and are ok to leave it to whatever Craig wants to do create.
