Computer Monopoly???

I had my power supply checked to see if it operated which took 5 minutes. Was charged $35.00 flat rate. This is after I've spent hundreds of dollars there over the past few years. I just get the feeling that all they care about is making money. I could see that if there was some COMPETITION around, but you have to drive a 1/2 hour before you find another PC repair business!
- Pros: conviently located in mid-town
- Cons: ONLY PC repair shop around

Mike its not my computer

I took the computer in for a virus infection, and what I now have is a computer running Office 2003, with a few of my word files, none of my photos and my accounting is totally gone. I am in a panic because it will be a long weekend without knowing what is going on. Call me if you get this message and can help me before office opens on Monday!
