Love This Place!. I was just in The Little White House for Snowfest and i fell in love with this store! There was a Brighton braclet that i have been looking for forever and the lovely ladies there took time to go through all their books to find exactly which one i wanted. Then they ordered it for me and it is going to be sent directly to my house! Also i got these great hand/feet warmers with my purchase, which came in handy. I put them in my shoes and they truely made my day 100 times better because it was freezing outside!!! I would really recommend taking time to come in this store. It will be totally worth your time.

Great Store, A must go!!. This was a great store! I truely enjoyed every moment being in that store. Everything is so nice and clean and the displays are absolutley beautiful. This store carries two amazing products, Brighton and Vera Bradley. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with everything. They care so much about their customers they even have little snacks you can eat while you are shopping! i would highly recommend going to this store if possible.

Poor customer service. Physical store is nice, but customer service is poor. The employees lack knowledge of the product (they couldn't answer questions, and admitted to not knowing anything, but did not try to find someone knowledgable) and cash register, but most of all lack enthusiasm for their customers. I took a young child in with me who remained at my side the entire time. We both played with a Jacobs ladder display out in the store. An employee indirectly accused my child of breaking the electronic display, when the actual problem was that it hadn't been turned on by them. Don't bring in kids, they don't like them, and when you ask questions it's as if you are bothering those that work there. They get irritated if you ask them to open a display case in the brighton section - if they don't like opening them, the don't have them
