harveys. my first visit, we were given a table towards the back. we had a light over our head that kept going in and out so it made it difficult to read the menu. then I got a glass of water that had a large crack down the side, i noticed this when I took a drink. I brought this to the waiters attention all he did was bring me a new glass, no manager visited us during or after our meal. atmosphere dark and cold

Poor. Upon arrival we walked to the hostess stand and requested a table for two. The girl stated we must turn around a go back to the entrance where there is another girl with a clip board to sign you in. We realized she did not notice us because she was busy hitting on the manager.

After receiving a 1/4 full glass of Pinot Grigio at the bar while we waited to be seated; we were given a table behind a stair case.

Finally after screaming at the waitress so we could order over the noise of a full house the meal was satisfactory, nothing more.

Sorry guys but you are simply another chain restaurant which struggles with your management, service and chefs.

PS - I wouldn't be so harsh if the establishment didn't seem so pretentious...

The worst service ever received. We arrived at 7:40 and were seated within 10 minutes of arriving at the restaurant which was the highlight of the service. It took the waitress 10 minutes to take the drink orders and another 15 minutes to take our entree orders. We didn't even get our salads till 8:55 and our entrees till 9:05. When we complained to the manager he was ambivalent at best. No apologies or offers of compensation. The waitress's apology consisted of "I'm overworked. They shouldn't have done this to me.". Absolutely worst service. The food was good,.. would have been great if it had been warm.
